With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Kareena Gray holds an extensive background in Commercial Construction. She continues to use her knowledge and experience from her roles in business leadership to support the growth and development of Alair Homes Charlotte.
“We always have adversity in front of us,” says Gray. “It’s how you step back, take a deep breath, bring all the parties together, and just come up with a solution. I don’t need to have the solution myself.”

From NASA to NARI there isn't much Kareena hasn't conquered. Kareena is a known leader and expert in her field. She serves on the board of directors for NARI of Charlotte and was the recipient of the 2021 Project Manager of the Year.
